As part of a fundraising initiative, Huis Luckhoff hosts an annual fete.

The November fete for this year proved to be hugely successful again.

There was a great turn-out and the event sold-out of just about everything on offer by 12pm!

According to Manager, MR JFC Burmeister: “As usual it was a lovely event.  Families, friends and residents met and enjoyed the fete around all the different stalls.   There was a jumping castle, face painting and sand art for the children to keep them busy.  The not so young enjoyed coffee, tea and eatables while chatting their hearts out.  We thank everyone for their support and trust and that they will be back 2010 with pockets full of money.”

Thus far Donate An Hour was just an idea and now finally we have our own website live!

It is just a start and still requires much fine-tuning, but at least we can now start promoting the campaign as its own presence.

Monday the 26th of October is our second meeting with the Huis Luckhoff fundraising committee to show them what we have done with the concept thus far. We will definitely be posting feedback to keep you informed of further progress and initiatives on their side.
